Justin Bieber has been accused of abusing a flight attendant on a private jet until she was forced to hide in the cockpit.

The troubled teen singer and his entourage were also said to have smoked so much marijuana on the flight between Canada and New Jersey that the pilots were forced to wear oxygen masks.

Bieber, 19, his father Jeremy, 38, and ten friends travelled on the leased jet to Teterboro airport ahead of the Superbowl and were allegedly so verbally abusive towards the female flight attendant that she refuses to work for him again.

Despite several warnings, the singer and his father Jeremy would not stop verbally abusing the flight attendant, and she eventually hid in cockpit with the pilots to avoid Bieber and his entourage.

According to an official report, Justin Bieber and his father Jeremy were 'extremely abusive' towards the flight attendant.

‘The captain of the flight stated that he warned the passengers, including Bieber, on several occasions to stop smoking marijuana,’ the official report of the incident, obtained by NBC News, reads.

‘The captain also stated he needed to request that the passengers stop their harassing behavior toward the flight attendant and after several warnings asked the flight attendant to stay with him near the cockpit to avoid any further abuse.’

The New York Post reported that police detected 'a strong odor of pot' and sent drug sniffing-dogs on board.

According to a TMZ report, the singer was flagged by US. Customs officials upon landing in New Jersey because he has two criminal cases pending in Florida and in his native Canada.

News of the latest incident tops off a week full of legal trouble for the Canadian star.

On Wednesday, he turned himself into Toronto authorities after being charged with assault.

TMZ reported that the fight with the limo driver began when Bieber asked for the music to be turned up.

The driver obliged, but not as much as Bieber was hoping, so he apparently stuck his hand through the partition to do it himself.

The driver swatted his hand away and then it errupted into a full-on smack fest as Bieber then hit the driver in the head multiple times.

He already faces a charge of driving under the influence after getting caught drag racing in Miami.

Bieber has pleaded not guilty to DUI, resisting arrest without violence and driving without a valid license in the Miami case.

A preliminary toxicology report released Thursday showed that he tested positive for marijuana and the anti-anxiety drug Xanax. Bieber told police after the arrest that he had been smoking marijuana and had taken a prescription drug, saying that his mother gave him the medication.

Justin Bieber has only just pleaded not guilty to DUI charges in Miami, but now also faces charges of criminal assault for a December incident involving a Canada limo driver.

Bieber was charged on Wednesday for his alleged involvement in a December 30 altercation with a driver who picked up the pop star and five of his entourage from a Toronto nightclub.

Toronto police released a statement saying the limo driver and an unnamed passenger had an altercation during which he was hit on the back of the head 'several times'.

The charge is yet another in a string of recent run-ins with the law, but if Bieber is convicted of assault, federal law allows that the 19-year-old Canadian could very well be deported and banned from working in the United States.

It was initially reported that a member of singer's crew was being investigated. Now, the investigation has taken a turn straight toward the Biebs himself on the very same day he denied he was drunk behind the wheel of a Lamborghini in Florida last week.

But according to TMZ this is not the case, and in fact he has not the slightest intention of leaving and is not being made to live elsewhere.

While Za, real name Xavier Smith, was spotted at a hotel near the singer's house immediately after the arrest, sources say this was because he was visisting his mother.

She had flown in from Texas after his drugs arrest and decided she would rather stay at a hotel instead of Justin's party house.

The hip hop hopeful's other half Atifa Barwany had also flown out to pay him a visit.

While Za is enjoying his time at the 19-year-old's home the singer is enjoying a relaxing retreat away from his worries in Panama.

He is being prosecuted by the Miami DA's office on charges of DUI, driving with an expired licence and resisting arrest without violence following an alleged drag racing incident last week.

Model Milyn Jensen, who had a fling with Justin in December 2012, claimed he had become friends Za and another rapper, Lil Twist, in an attempt to change his public persona, but it backfired.

She said: ''They are the bad influence. They took advantage of his desperation to shed his 'cheesy pop star' image.

''I've been friends with these guys for a long time. When I ask them how Justin is they always say he's fine, he just gets down about all the attention. I think he uses weed [marijuana] as an escape.'

Justin was said to have previously thrown both of them out of his house in September last year after expensive jewellery went missing while they were house-sitting for him when he was on tour.

Justin Bieber arrested on suspicion of DUI and drag racing in Miami

Justin Bieber has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, drag racing and resisting police arrest, it has been reported.

According to law enforcement sources, the pop star was taken into custody for his involvement in an road race in Miami Beach early this morning.

Bieber is currently at the police department, where he is being tested for drugs and alcohol levels after failing a sobriety test at the crime scene, TMZ reports.

He will remain in custody while his case is booked and processed and his bail is set.

It is thought that police initially stopped the star for drag racing in a yellow Lamborghini.

Bieber reportedly visited a strip club on Lincoln Road on Wednesday night. The incident is thought to have taken place shortly after he left the venue, where he allegedly spent a cool $75,000 (£45,000).

Def-Jam rapper Khalil was also arrested at the scene. He was driving a red Lamborghini.

A second person is thought to have been travelling with Bieber in the passenger seat. TMZ reports that the person is a model named Chantel. The article also suggests that Bieber's management blocked off the street especially for Bieber to drag race.

According to the police report obtained by the site, Bieber was defiant from the outset, shouting at the officers on the scene: "Why the f**k are you doing this?"

He also yelled: "What the f**k did I do.  Why did you stop me?"

When an officer tried to perform a routine pat down, Bieber said, "I ain't got no f**king weapons, why do you have to search me?  What the f**k is this about?"

Bieber claimed he wasn't drunk and that he was returning from recording music in a studio.

However, the report suggests he had lied to law enforcement officers and was returning from the club.

Before the pat down, Bieber "kept going into his pants pocket" as he exited his vehicle.

The officer ordered him to put his hands on the vehicle, and Bieber initially complied but soon took his hands off the car, before turning round and swearing at the officer.

The policeman then grabbed Bieber by the right arm. He pulled his arm away, and said, "What the f**k are you doing?"

The report says Justin was driving between 55 and 60mph in a 30mph residential area.

His 4am posts then continued with the contradictory statement that he would be here "forever".

He wrote: "The media talks a lot about me. They make a up a lot of lies and want me to fail but I'm never leaving you, being a belieber is a lifestyle... Be kind loving [sic] to each other, forgive each other as god forgave us through Christ Merry Christmas IM HERE FOREVER".

He first suggested he would be quitting the industry during an interview with Power 106 FM, where he told host Kurt Alexander in Los Angeles:  "Um, I'm actually retiring man".  He added: "I want to grow as an artist, and I'm taking a step out, I want my music to mature."

However, his manager Scooter Braun later dismissed the singer's remarks and confirmed that he will not be retiring after all. "Next year he's taking a break just to make music and relax, take some time for himself for the first time since he was 12," Braun told  ITN at the premiere for his new movie  Believe.

Rapper arrested as Police find cocaine in Justin Bieber’s home

A rapper and close associate of Justin Bieber has been arrested in connection with cocaine found in the home of 19 year old pop singer, Justin Bieber’s home in California.

A search was being conducted on the house by law enforcement agents in relation to an egging incident at a neighbour’s home for which Bieber is suspected to have been involved. During the search cocaine was found and rapper Lil Za was arrested. The police say the cocaine was not connected to Justin Bieber.

TMZ reported

A rep for the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. confirmed the arrest for FELONY drug possession … and said the cocaine was “in plain view” during the raid. Officials say Bieber was “not connected” to the cocaine.
Lil Za is a rapper who once lived at Bieber’s Calabasas home … and he’s been tight with JB for years.
Eleven L.A. County Sheriff’s patrol cars descended on Bieber’s house this morning to execute a search warrant in connection with Bieber’s egg-throwing incident last week outside his neighbor’s home … law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
Sources tell us … deputies are looking for any evidence that links Bieber to the egg assault.
We’re told this is a FELONY search warrant — meaning Justin is under a microscope for a crime that could land him in prison.

Justin Bieber Is Retiring From Music???

Justin Bieber has claimed he is retiring.

In an announcement that no doubt caused rivers of teenage girls' tears across the world, the 19-year-old star has revealed he is taking a step back from the music industry when his new album, Journals, is released next week, and it could be permanent.

The Heartbreaker hitmaker told radio station Power 106 in Los Angeles, California, on Tuesday: 'After the new album, I'm actually retiring man. I'm retiring.'

Radio host Kurt Alexander, better known as Big Boy, reacted by exclaiming 'What?' and an audible gasp could be heard from the radio program's cast of characters moments after Justin announced the news.

However while the star seemed somewhat sure at first, following their reaction, he backtracked slightly suggesting he has not quite made up his mind: 'I want to grow as an artist and I'm taking a step out, I want my music to mature.'

The singer, who has caused controversy in recent months for antics including partying underage in nightclubs and spray-painting public property in Australia, said the main issue is that he is no longer attracted to the idea of fame.
