Is Brymo Still A Choc Boy???

Something is definitely happening in Chocolate City Records that we dont know about.

First off, Jesse Jagz announced that he was leaving, and now, its Brymo's turn. He tweeted:

It is true, I have left chocolate city.

In response, Chocolate City Records released a statement which says that Brymo is still their artiste. It read:

” We can confirm that Brymo still has a valid contract with Choc City and we are certain our Artiste “Brymo” can confirm the same fact. We urge all reputable media houses to check facts with our establishment prior to releasing “Untrue” stories to the general public that rely on them for valuable Information”.

New Songs: "VIP" and "Gimme That" - Ice Prince

On tour since he dropped “Aboki” & “More”, Ice Prince is back with not one but two more singles from his sophomore album effort, “Fire of Zamani”.

Jesse Jagz Leaves Chocolate City

Jesse Jagz formally declared today on his Facebook wall that he is no longer a part of Chocolate City Music Label.

To whom it may concern

I, Jesse Garba Abaga (also known as “Jesse Jagz”) an artist formerly signed to Chocolate City Music label hereby wishes to notify my fans and the general public about my voluntary exit from the label.

After my initial two year contractual agreement with Chocolate City, I do not wish to renew my contract with them and as such have proceeded to continue my music career with my new team at Jesse Jagz Nation. I still maintain a cordial relationship with the management of Chocolate City and my former label mates and I wish them the best in all their future endeavors. Any further information will be passed across through my publicist but until then, have a good day. Look out for my sophomore album JagZNation Vol. 1 coming out in July 2013.

Brymo Receives Honorary Award

Brymo today received a honorary award from Ten Strings Music Educational Foundation. He was voted to receive the MENTOR WORTHY honorary award by student’s of the foundation. During the presentation of his award, students performed his popular singles. Brymo also gave a word of advice to the students and answered their questions during the Q&A session.

Tenstrings Music Institute is registered with the Federal Government of Nigeria as a foundation with the mandate to promote music education and creativity amongst young people across the country. It has trained over 2000 persons in about five years. It is affiliated to The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP) UK and British Council Nigeria.
