She announced her pregnancy on Tuesday's episode of The View.
And Ciara has now revealed that she and her fiancé of three months, rapper Future, will walk down the aisle this spring.
'We're definitely working on things every day,' the expecting 28-year-old told People magazine of their upcoming nuptials.
'I feel like it's going to work itself out though, because at least me and my fiancé are talking over things. So when it’s time to start working with a wedding planner it will like be A, B, C, boom. We'll have a vision.'
It will be the first child for the Grammy winner - born Ciara Princess Harris - who's said to be seven months along.
Meanwhile, the 30-year-old hip-hop star has children with three different women - an 11-year-old son, four-year-old daughter India Jai, and one-year-old son Prince.
Ciara has a capital 'N' tattooed on her ring finger - for Future's first name Nayvadius - which she covers with his 15-carat engagement ring.
As for the R&B diva's wedding gown, she's looking for something elegant and classy.
The Get Up singer said: 'I do want it to be a little vintage-y, like something my mom would have worn, with a modern twist. I have an idea of the feeling I would love. I want to go a little throwback.'
Ciara - who hasn't revealed the baby's gender - will not let morning sickness hinder her performance at a Grammy Awards after-party on January 26.
'It's been really cool,' she said of rehearsals.
'Especially in these days it's been different for me, but it's been really fun. You make the modifications where you need to and you keep it going, you know. I feel awesome. Honestly, I'm having the happiest days of my life.'
The gorgeous hitmaker previously romanced rappers Bow Wow, 50 Cent, Ludacris, and New York Knicks player Amare Stoudemire.
