The rapper will no doubt be delighted that his prolonged stay in Paris working on the album, during the reality star's pregnancy, has paid off with a No.1.
Yeezus is Kanye's sixth studio album and was only released last week Tuesday.
This is his first UK Number One album since Graduation in 2007 and his fourth Top 10 album over all.
Kanye raised eyebrows while making the album as he stayed in Paris leaving a heavily pregnant Kim, who gave birth five weeks early, to travel back and forth.
The exciting album news comes after it was reported that Kanye proposed to Kim just days after they welcomed their first child, so the couple have plenty to celebrate.
Meanwhile Kanye is tipped to make his first red carpet appearance this coming Thursday since becoming a father.
The rapper is expected to attend True Magazine's birthday bash in Los Angeles with his good friend Jay-Z.
